Community Southwest Ltd is an alliance of non-government, not-for-profit organisations based in south west Victoria. Formed in 2005 with a core group of eight member organisations, Community Southwest now has a membership of fourteen, representing funded non-profits engaged in service delivery to families and children, those with disabilities, mental illness and addictions as well as a wide variety of other community needs.
In February 2008 Community Southwest organised and hosted its first conference for non profit organisations and welcomed more than 100 out of town delegates plus a further 150 local delgates to a program featuring a variety of international, national and regional speakers.
In March 2010 the second conference will take place and again the program will provide delegates with a wide variety to choose from.
